Results day again...

I guess we made a full circle all the way back to results day. It's been almost a year and way too long since my last post.
But for a lot of people those envelopes contain the future. Why don't we just sit back and think about that for a minute that your whole future depends on what grade you get, and with that grade you go into university. I mean wow this grade has so much over u it can either make or break us.
But today It felt like the build up and anticipation towards results day faded. Almost felt like before results day you could hope for something you could focus on something now it's come and gone what to do with our summers now.
Well you could occupy your time with volunteer work or find a part time job. And for those of us still not in uni yet you can work on your personal statements or 'college essays' depending on what part of the world you are reading this from. You can also travel and see the sights of your city or go abroad, especially if you're an art student this would be great to build your portfolio. Or even get inspiration to write or read. Do what makes you happy with what's left of summer now that you know you results one door of hope has closed another one has opened.

Things to do Before college is over!

CHALLENGE ACCEPTED!

Since I only have 2 years of college and there is this whole  'YOLO' craze going on, which I don't really see the point to it. Never the less, I have created a list of awesome things I hope to have done by the time college I over. Keep in mind that most of these are ideas I got from he Internet :'p

1.Have a picnic on the floor of the cafeteria.

2.Get a job

3.Wear a fake moustache all day.

4.Stay up all night and still go to school.

5.Spend the night in a cemetery.

6. Super glue a coin to the floor and see how many people try picking it up.

7.Try a new food for each letter of the alphabet.

8.Learn to accept compliments.

9.Give out free hugs

10. Find a creepy white van and tape a sign to it that says "Free candy"

11. game of tag in Wal-Mart

12. walk into a crowed lift and open your purse or briefcase and say "got enough air in there"

13. Get everyone in class to stare in one direction all the time, and then have someone say "shift!" at a random time, and then everyone should look the other way.

 14. During a test, raise your hand and point at someone on the other end of the room, as far away from you as possible. Insist that that person is using mind reading abilities to cheat off your test.

 15. Bring a straitjacket to school and say, “See? My mommy uses this when she forgets to give me my medication.”

OK the last one made me laugh I doubt I would be able to find a straight jacket but If I do accomplish any of these I'll make sure to have them recorded so stay tuned :)

Good news !

Well a lot of good things happened today. I had like 3 slices of chocolate cake which lead me to the great news.

For a while I have always wanted to write a novel but I always put it of. But today I actually sat down and organised my note. Thus the creation of: my plan, character list and finally a name for my supernatural bad ass book.

So if you ever have writers block like I tend to a lot just have chocolate I am putting it out there chocolate Is the work of gods! And is also the reason most women are just crazy.

I just remembered its my halfway point without stopping. And just wanted to say even though not many people see this, I know for my self that I did it, well almost.

I'm singing in the rain.....

The first signs of winter are alway though. But we all have to be prepared so if I was you I would just go out this weekend and stock up on boots and jumpers and an umbrella.


The rain this time of year is unbelievable
And it's like it doesn't stop. British weather is such a tease it stops raining for 20 minutes then starts again just as hard. And when you least expect it too.
But today it was not natural it was rain really hard from the early morning and stopped around 3. No breaks in between just full on rain.

This just goes to show one good thing though I had no college and winter is coming. Wait that's two things. Oh well that's what Mondays are here for to make us do stupid things.

Friday...... Oh how I've missed you!

The week dragged on. The only thing that kept me going Is the happy thought of the weekend and sleep. But this week I can't sleep in I have a law conference that starts at 9 and a party that's finishing really late tonight.

So I'm gonna give you the do's and don't's of time management. Tomorrow.

When I have figured it out for myself. Then I'll let you guys know. But for now it's just basic trial and error.
If you guys have any ideas let me know.
For know let see what happens it Friday. And YOLO right.

I can't.... stay...awake...

I'm soo wiped out I think the adrenaline of it being a new school and the whole flowery facade, has disappeared. It feels like a sugar crash when you are high and happy one second and tired and sleepy the next.

I think college will be the death of me I almost fell asleep trying to write this.
What I suggest is get all your assignments done in the afternoon or evening a hour before you have to sleep, for me that would be at 7. That way you won't be forcing yourself to stay awake and do your homework way past your bed time.

I'm struggling to even keep my eyes open So have a good week guys !!

Rain or Shine...

Let me just start by saying that British weather is the worst and most unpredictable weather ever. If you ever wondered why us Brits are so moody it's because of the god damn weather we envy the rest of the world because their seasons aren't as indecisive as ours.

The only reason I mention this is that even though today was sunny and cool the minute Im walking towards the bus stop the clouds are darkening and when I'm walking home BAM! It starts to rain heavily. You always need to be prepared for all types of weather when you are traveling always take a jacket with a hood or carry a handy umbrella with you.


And If you do live in Britain I know I'm not alone and you feel my pain.
